Here's what you'll be doing

Develop enticing job descriptions, emphasizing growth opportunities and company benefits. Manage job postings on diverse platforms to reach qualified candidates. Collaborate with the communications team to create engaging content. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from screening to candidate onboarding. Coordinate closely with the Perm recruitment team for effective candidate management. Drive initiatives to enhance the FLEX recruitment service.
